Mira opened with one La Marzocco, six bags of beans from a roaster two towns over, and a stubborn belief that a coffee shop should feel like someone's living room.
We pour everything by hand. We make our own oat milk. We close the kitchen by two so our team can go home and have dinner with theirs.
